Points on every order
Your account earns points whenever you pay for an order, and you spend them at checkout like money off. Here is exactly how they work.
- Earn1 point for every RM 1 you pay for products
- Spend1,000 points = RM 10 off at checkout
- KeepPoints last 12 months
For example
Paying RM 150.00 for products earns 150 points — worth RM 1.50 off a later order.
Earning points
- You earn 1 point for every RM 1 you pay for products — what the order costs you after discounts and any points you use.
- Points come in whole numbers; anything after the decimal point is rounded down.
- They are added once your payment is confirmed — usually within minutes when you pay online, and once we have received it when you pay by bank transfer.
Using points
- At checkout, switch on Use Loyalty Points and enter how many to use — or leave it empty to use as many as the order allows.
- 1,000 points = RM 10 off: each point is worth RM 0.01, and there is no minimum to spend.
- Points pay for the products in your order, up to their full price after discounts. Items marked "Not eligible for discounts" are left out.
- Points can only be used at checkout on this store; they cannot be withdrawn or transferred to anyone else.
How long points last
- Points expire 12 months after the order that earned them.
- Your oldest points are always used first, so the ones closest to expiring go first.
- Your Points page shows anything due to expire in the next 90 days.
Refunds and cancellations
- A cancelled order earns no points. If an order is refunded, the points it earned are taken back in proportion to what was refunded.
- Points you spent on a refunded order come back to you the same way.
- If points being taken back have already been spent, the next points you earn settle the difference first — your balance never goes below zero.
Refer a friend
- A friend who signs up with your referral code or link gets 500 pts and a single-use voucher for 10% off regular-priced items, valid for 1 month.
- You get 500 pts once their first order is paid.
- The voucher can be used once. It takes 10% off each regular-priced item on that order, with no minimum spend. Special Offers, sets sold for less than their items, and delivery are not discounted.
- It goes on their order by itself, and they can keep it for a later order at checkout. If that order is cancelled, the voucher comes back.
- Your code and link are on your account page.
