An order paid by bank transfer is held until the time shown on your order page and in your order confirmation email. If we have not received the payment by then, the order is cancelled automatically and its items are released. If your transfer reaches us after that, contact us and we will refund it or arrange a new order.

Customers with an account on this website can earn points on their orders and use them for money off later orders. How points are earned, what they are worth and how long they last are set out on our Rewards page at sunfloweraroma.com/rewards, which forms part of these Terms. The figures shown there are the ones in force.

Points are a reward for shopping with us, not money. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, withdrawn, sold, or transferred to another person or account. They can only be used as a discount on purchases from this website.

Points are earned only on orders that are paid for, and are added once the payment is confirmed. If an order is cancelled, refunded, or returned, the points it earned are taken back and the points used on it are given back, in proportion to the amount refunded. If points to be taken back have already been used, they are deducted from the next points you earn.

Points expire after the period stated on the Rewards page, counted from the order that earned them. Expired points are removed from your balance and cannot be used.

We may withhold, take back, or cancel points that we reasonably believe were earned or used through fraud, misuse, a system or pricing error, or in breach of these Terms.

We may change the Rewards programme, including how points are earned, what they are worth, and how long they last, or end it, by updating the Rewards page. If we end the programme, we will announce it on this website in advance, and points in your balance can be used until the date we announce. Points in an account that is closed lapse with it.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control or input.

You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools on an as-is and as-available basis without warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
